“ASBC” LLC (TIN: 1403779711) reserves the right to modify the content of the B2B platform in accordance with changes in legislation and internal company policy. By using the platform, users are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these changes.
By registering on the B2B platform of “ASBC” LLC, users consent to the company providing them with commercial information tailored to their needs and interests via electronic means.
The trademarks “ASBC”, “iSpace”, and “iSupport” are the exclusive property of ASBC LLC. Use of these trademarks on other websites, in meta tags, printed materials, or any other form of communication without prior written consent from ASBC LLC is prohibited.
The products presented on the B2B platform are also sold through ASBC LLC’s direct sales channels. Adding a product to the online cart does not guarantee its availability, as it may be sold simultaneously through offline sales operations. Product availability will be confirmed by ASBC LLC at the time of order processing.
If any transaction is not accepted, ASBC LLC will immediately inform the user of the reason for the refusal.
ASBC LLC is committed to promptly processing orders and delivering products to business customers on time.
During delivery, users should not accept packages with visibly damaged packaging and must immediately notify ASBC LLC via the email address _________ or by phone at (+994) 51-230-88-55. After delivery is accepted, complaints regarding the external appearance or contents of the product will not be considered. Users are responsible for carefully inspecting the product before signing the delivery documents.
Returns of products purchased online through the B2B platform are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Consumer Rights Protection. A product may be returned within 14 calendar days only if it has not been used, all accessories and original packaging are fully preserved, and it has not been activated. Products valued at less than ______ manats cannot be returned.
Returns or exchanges of products with manufacturing defects are carried out in accordance with the warranty terms provided electronically at the time of purchase.
After the product is inspected, ASBC LLC will resolve the issue by either replacing the product or issuing a refund. Refunds will be made only for the product value and will be processed within 10 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by ASBC LLC. In other cases, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return requests must be submitted via ASBC LLC’s call center, official social media channels, or the email address _________. Once the request is confirmed, the product must be returned within 7 days.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information (username and password). ASBC LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access and must be notified immediately if such incidents occur.
Continuing registration and use of the B2B platform confirms that the user has read and accepted these terms and governs the legal relationship between the user and ASBC LLC.
