Terms and Conditions of Use – ASBC B2B Platform
ASBC LLC (Registration Number: 1403779711) reserves the right to modify the B2B website content in accordance with legislative changes and internal company policies. By using the platform, users unconditionally agree to these updates.
Upon registering on the ASBC B2B platform, users authorize ASBC LLC to contact them electronically with relevant business-related information tailored to their company needs and interests.
The trademarks ‘ASBC’, ‘iSpace’, and ‘iSupport’ are the exclusive property of ASBC LLC. Unauthorized use on other websites, in meta tags, printed materials, or any other form of communication is prohibited without prior written consent.
Products available on the B2B platform are also sold through ASBC's direct business sales channels. Adding a product to the online cart does not guarantee its availability, as it may be sold through offline transactions. ASBC will confirm availability during the ordering process.
In case a transaction is declined, ASBC will provide immediate information regarding the reason for the refusal.
ASBC is committed to efficient order processing and timely delivery to business clients.
Upon receiving deliveries, users must not accept shipments with visibly damaged packaging and must notify ASBC immediately via business@asbc.az or by calling +99451 2308855. Once the delivery is accepted, claims regarding product appearance or contents will not be reviewed. Customers are responsible for inspection prior to signing delivery documents.
Return of goods purchased online through the B2B platform is governed by the Georgian Consumer Rights Law. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days (from June 1, 2022), only if the product is unused, with all accessories and original packaging intact, and has not been activated. Products under 30 GEL are excluded.
Products with manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with the warranty terms issued electronically at the time of purchase.
After inspection, ASBC will replace or refund the product within 10 calendar days, refunding only the product value to the original payment method.
If a return is due to a manufacturing defect, ASBC will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, the buyer bears the cost.
Return requests must be initiated via the call center, ASBC’s official social media channels, or email at business@asbc.az. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ASBC bears no responsibility for unauthorized access and must be contacted immediately in such cases.
Registration and continued use of the B2B platform confirms user acknowledgment and agreement to these terms, governing the relationship between the user and ASBC LLC.
Log Files and Cookies
ASBC uses log files and cookies to gather anonymous analytical data and improve service quality. This includes:
- IP address
- Device type
- Browser type
- Date, time, and duration of visit
- Referral source to ASBC’s B2B site
- Actions taken on the platform (e.g., products viewed or searched)
This data is not personally identifiable and is used for:
- Analyzing usage trends
- Compiling usage statistics
- Improving user experience
- Creating effective marketing campaigns
- Providing tailored recommendations
